Terms of Use

1. Use of the App

The App provides features related to conduit bending calculations, including offset bends, three point saddle bends, four point saddle bends, and spirit level measurements. You may use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store rules.

4. In-App Purchases and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's terms and policies.

Any free trial, introductory offer, pricing, subscription duration, and renewal details displayed in the App at the time of purchase form part of these Terms.

5. Accuracy of Calculations

The App provides conduit bending calculations for reference and estimation purposes. While we strive for accuracy, calculated results are provided on an "as is" basis and should be verified before use in actual electrical installations.

You are responsible for independently verifying all measurements, bend angles, deductions, and offsets before cutting or bending conduit. The App is a supplementary tool and does not replace professional judgment, local electrical codes, or site-specific requirements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Relay on the App's calculations as the sole basis for critical electrical work without independent verification.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from the App, except where prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

7. Spirit Level Feature

The App may include a spirit level feature that uses your device's motion sensors to display angle and level measurements. This feature is provided for reference purposes only and should not be relied upon for precision-critical measurements without independent verification using a calibrated tool.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, interfaces, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and related content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, infrastructure, platforms, or technologies, including Apple, Firebase, and other services outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, downtime, compatibility issues, or actions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with all devices or services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the App or related in-app purchases during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may modify the App, its features, pricing, subscription offerings, or these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. International Use

The App is made available to users in multiple countries and regions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which the App is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
